Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. By placing an order, you confirm it is for personal use and not for resale.

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

4. Prices & Billing

Prices may change without notice. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, shipping, customs charges, and duties. You agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize charges for your order.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Dispatch timelines, handling periods, delivery estimates, courier updates, and regional shipping rules are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the parcel is handed to the courier. International customers are responsible for any import duties and taxes as applicable.

5A. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within the UK only and must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

No returns or refunds are available for international orders.
