Order by 2PM Mon–Fri for same-day dispatch on in-stock items. UK orders go by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48, and UK delivery is free. EU and Iceland orders go by international courier for a flat £30. You'll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@sotdunes.co.uk. Once an order has been dispatched, we can't change or cancel it.

We deliver to the United Kingdom, the European Union and Iceland. We don't currently ship to other destinations.

We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for customers in the United Kingdom. Opened or used fragrances can't be returned for hygiene reasons unless the item is damaged, incorrect or faulty. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Contact us straight away with your order number and photos of the product, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

They describe the concentration of perfume oil. Eau de Toilette (EDT) has the lightest concentration, Eau de Parfum (EDP) sits in the middle, and Extrait de Parfum has the highest. Each product page lists its concentration.

It depends on the concentration, the ingredients (rich notes such as oud and amber feel denser than bright citrus), how much you apply, and your skin. Try a fragrance on skin before deciding how much to wear.

Also called olfactory fatigue, it's when your brain gets used to a scent you're wearing and temporarily stops noticing it. People around you can still smell it. Rotating fragrances helps.

Fragrances built around notes long associated with Arabian perfumery, such as oud, amber, musk, rose and spices, often blended with fresh, modern accords. We stock houses from the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and the Australian house Bujairami, whose range blends these notes with fresh, modern profiles.

Many are. They're usually described by character, such as fresh, sweet, woody or smoky, rather than by gender, so choose by the scent you enjoy.

Spray on pulse points such as the wrists, neck and behind the ears. You can also lightly spritz clothing, but test a small area first to avoid marks.
